This former living space of this timber house farm built in the 18th century has been fully renovated into a holiday house. The house is perched high on the south hill of the village of Cottessen in of the most beautiful spots in the Geulvally and the five star awarded South Limburg (NL) Hill Country. There is a large sloping meadow next to the house. Surrounding the accommodation are three different terraces where you can sit and enjoy some of the most stunning views of The Netherlands, as it rolls into the Belgian Ardennes region.

There is very little traffic passing the house because the road leading to the house is unpaved, a little steep, and only for local traffic. The house is only 100 metres away from the Vijlener Forest.

The Cottessen 14 house is suitable for up to eight persons. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, an open sitting room with a fireplace and a separate dining room, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (with two single beds and four single beds respectively) and a spacious bathroom with two sinks and a toilet. There is a third bedroom on the second floor with two single beds.
