The former stable of this timber house farm built in the 18th century has been fully renovated into a holiday house. The house is perched high on the south hill of the village of Cottessen in the most beautiful spots in the Geulvally and the five star awarded South Limburg (NL) Hill Country. There is a large sloping meadow next to the house. Surrounding the accommodation are three different terraces where you can sit and enjoy  some of the most stunning views of The Netherlands, as it rolls into the Belgian Ardennes region.

There is very little traffic passing the house because the road leading to the house is unpaved, a little steep, and only for local traffic. The house is only 100 metres away from the Vijlener Forest.

Cottessen 14A is suitable for up to six persons. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with three single beds, as well as a cosy bathroom with a sink and a bathtub with a hand shower in it.
